It therefore overcomes Part G Building Regulations which prohibits the connection of a discharge pipe from an un-vented cylinder into a soil stack. It contains two new types immersion elements. The Pulsacoil Eco Stainless is manufactured from stainless steel. It is specifically designed for use in apartments but can be adapted to work in houses as well. The hot water provided will be at the same pressure as the cold water. It utilises off-peak electric to minimise electricity costs. The method used to generate hot water through the plate heat exchange completely removes the risk of legionella. Does not legally require any annual maintenance. It is available in 3 sizes, 150, 180 and 220.
